  Based in Rotorua, Buddy is the dedicated General Manager of Lakes Consultancy, bringing with him a strong background in retail management.  Aaron brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Operations Manager at Lakes Consultancy. With many years in the landscaping industry, Aaron ensures seamless coordination across both the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. His strength in operations and logistics means that project managers and team leaders are consistently set up for success, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Bex is our dedicated Waikato Senior Team Leader and Project Coordinator at Lakes Consultancy. With extensive experience in soft landscaping and maintenance, she blends her expertise with a deep knowledge of gardening. Passionate about plant life and gardening, Bex brings enthusiasm to every project, along with a commitment to excellence. Her creative and flexible approach to project coordination allows her to extend her skills beyond Waikato into the wider Bay of Plenty region as needed. Dedicated to her work and values, Bex finds balance by cherishing time with friends and family, making her a valued leader and team member at Lakes Consultancy. 

 Based in the Waikato, Eru is a seasoned landscaper with extensive expertise in both soft and hard landscaping, including stone masonry. His skills also encompass wetland restoration and construction, where he excels in leading teams to deliver exceptional results. Eru is a skilled operator, proficient in managing various equipment for efficient project execution. Lauchlan is an experienced landscaper and highly skilled operator with the Waikato team at Lakes Consultancy. With extensive experience in the landscaping industry, Lauchlan brings expertise and precision to every project he undertakes. His proficiency as an operator ensures efficient handling of equipment, contributing to the smooth execution of landscaping tasks. With a couple of years of experience in the landscaping industry, he brings fresh perspectives and a strong work ethic to every project.  Georgie is the beloved company dog at Lakes Consultancy, bringing joy and companionship to the team every day. Known for her skills in excavation (digging holes), Georgie is a friendly addition to the team and undoubtedly the cutest. With Georgie around, it's always a good day at work—just as long as she isn't left alone with the lunch! Her presence adds warmth and a playful spirit to Lakes Consultancy.
